You have jobs to finish, customers to take care of and a business to grow. You shouldn’t have to spend your nights trying to figure out QuickBooks Online. I keep your books accurate, organized and ready for your tax accountant.
Tell Me What You Need Help WithSee Starting PricesMost business owners I work with didn’t start their company because they wanted to do bookkeeping. You don’t need to know the accounting terms or figure out which service you need. Tell me what’s going on with your books and I’ll help you figure out the rest.
These examples are here to give you an idea of cost. Your business doesn’t have to fit neatly into one of them. Tell me how your business works, and I’ll tell you what level of help makes sense and what it will cost before we get started.
Good fit for: A straightforward business that needs reliable monthly bookkeeping taken off the owner's plate.
Good fit for: An established business with more moving pieces that needs more than basic monthly bookkeeping.
Good fit for: A growing company where bookkeeping is shared with office staff but needs experienced ongoing review and support.
Good fit for: A business with multiple companies, many financial accounts or a bookkeeping setup that needs experienced hands-on attention throughout the month.
These are just examples. You don’t need to know which package you need — or even know exactly what bookkeeping help you need. Tell me a little about your business and how you’re handling the books now. I’ll ask the questions and tell you what level of support makes sense.
Starting prices are for ongoing monthly bookkeeping. Final pricing depends on the number of businesses and financial accounts, how much activity you have, and how much ongoing support is needed. Catch-up or historical cleanup work is quoted separately.
You do not need to figure out which one you are. These examples are just here to show what different levels of bookkeeping support can look like. Tell me about your business and I’ll help you figure out what makes sense.
At this level, support can include monthly bank, credit-card, loan/liability and Shopify financial reconciliations; reviewing expense coding for accuracy; reviewing financial statements; working with in-house office staff on proper QuickBooks Online entries; creating bookkeeping SOPs; and keeping everything organized and ready for the CPA at year end.
Shopify work is financial reconciliation only — not inventory management.
The company has employees, several work vehicles or equipment loans, multiple financial accounts and an office person handling some of the day-to-day paperwork. The office person may enter bills, expenses or customer payments into QuickBooks Online, but the owner needs someone experienced making sure the accounting side stays accurate.
I reconcile the financial accounts and loans, review and correct QuickBooks Online entries, help with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed, review expense coding and monthly financial statements, work directly with the office person when questions come up, and keep the books organized and ready for the CPA or tax accountant.
The business has been around for a while and has more going on than a one-person operation — multiple bank or credit-card accounts, work vehicles or financing, employees or subcontractors, and more activity moving through QuickBooks Online every month. The owner is focused on scheduling jobs, managing people and taking care of customers.
I handle the monthly bank and credit-card reconciliations, keep vehicle loans and other financial accounts accurate, review expense coding, catch and correct bookkeeping problems, prepare the monthly financial statements, and keep the books organized throughout the year so tax time is easier.
The owner handles the estimates, jobs and customers and has a straightforward business setup. QuickBooks Online is there, but after a full day running the business, keeping up with the books is one more thing they do not want hanging over their head.
I reconcile the business bank and credit-card accounts, review how expenses are categorized, correct routine bookkeeping issues, provide monthly financial statements, and keep the books organized and ready for the tax accountant at year end.
You don’t need to know which package you need — or even know exactly what bookkeeping help you need. Tell me a little about your business and how you’re handling the books now. I’ll ask the questions and tell you what level of support makes sense.
I’m Yinsi Pocinwong. I have a Master’s degree in Accounting & Financial Management and years of hands-on experience working directly with small businesses.
I specialize in QuickBooks Online and the ongoing work that keeps a business’s books accurate and organized. I’m not looking to run your business or add another layer of management. I handle the bookkeeping, work with your office staff when needed, and help make sure your CPA gets clean, organized books at year end.
I intentionally keep my client list manageable so you work directly with me instead of being passed around to a support team.
I’m currently opening room for a couple of additional clients.
Bookkeeping and accounting support only. Tax preparation and legal advice are not provided. I work with your CPA or tax professional when needed.
You do not need to know what service or package you need. Answer what you can. “I don’t know, I just need help” is a perfectly good answer.
